Geoff Beard is a Sales Associate at LJ Hooker Southern Residential W. He has over 30 years experience in sales and in senior management in the media industry which has provided him with the knowledge to deal with people from all walks of life.

Geoff's natural interest in meeting people ensures that he builds great relationships with his clients which is already seeing him getting follow up business and referrals from satisfied clients.

When asking Geoff about what he offers to his clients he replied "I just want to do things a little different by ensuring that both sellers and purchasers are given good old-fashioned service. Geoff is very well known throughout Cockburn and Fremantle through previously managing the local newspapers in each respective area. He also played football at South Fremantle through the early 80's.

He currently resides in Success with his wife Leeanne after returning from a stint living in the southwest and before this has spent most of his adult life working and living in the Cockburn which he has a great knowledge of the area.
